SUPER AGENT Mino Raiola has reportedly offered Blaise Matuidi to Manchester United.
The France international midfielder is a regular starter for Juventus under manager Max Allegri.
Matuidi moved to the Serie A champions last summer from Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of around £18m.
The 30-year-old has quickly become a key player for Juve in their 4-3-3 system.
But Raiola feels that his client could end up joining Premier League giants Manchester United, according to Rai Sport.
United are set to lose Michael Carrick who will retire at the end of the season, while Marouane Fellaini has rejected a new deal and looks to be leaving Old Trafford.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes believe Matuidi could be heading to United and are pricing him at just 6/4 to make the move.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told Starsport: “We know Mourinho plans to go all out in the summer for a Carrick replacement.
“And the latest odds suggest Paul Pogba will soon be playing club football alongside his France team-mate Matuidi.”
United manager Jose Mourinho will prioritize bolstering his midfield during the summer and according to Rai Sport it appears that Matuidi fits the bill.
The tough-tackling central midfielder has racked up 36 appearances in all competitions this season so far.
Matuidi is not known for his goalscoring but has chipped in with two strikes as Juve look to win their seventh consecutive Scudetto.
Manchester United face Sevilla at Old Trafford tonight (7.45pm), aiming to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
